This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

Orders below ₹500 will incur a nominal shipping charge at checkout. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

1Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We deliver to all major cities, towns, and most pin codes across India.
  • Delivery to remote areas, hilly regions, and certain North-East states may take additional time.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or after order placement.

3Order Processing Time

All orders are processed on business days (Monday – Saturday), excluding public holidays.

📦 Processing time is separate from delivery time. For example, if processing takes 1 day and delivery takes 4 days, total time from order to delivery is 5 days.

5Shipping Partners

We work with reputed and reliable logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely:

The courier partner assigned to your order is selected based on your pin code, product weight, and serviceability. You will receive the courier name and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

6Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your AWB / tracking number.
  • A WhatsApp or SMS notification (if your mobile number is registered).
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

You can also track your order by:

Tracking information may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us immediately.

7Packaging

At Elvara Crystals, we believe packaging is part of the experience. Every order is packed with care:

  • Crystals and fragile items are wrapped in protective bubble wrap or foam padding to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Bracelets and malas are packed in protective pouches or boxes.
  • All products are placed in a secure outer box or courier bag before dispatch.
  • Gift-ready packaging is used wherever applicable, making it perfect for gifting.
🎁 Please record an unboxing video when receiving your parcel. This is required as proof in case of any damage or missing items reported to us.

8Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times before marking the shipment as undeliverable and returning it to us (RTO).

Common reasons for failed delivery:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Customer unavailable at the delivery address.
  • Customer not answering courier's calls.
  • Refusal to accept the shipment.

Wrong address provided by customer Re-delivery shipping charges will apply. Customer to bear cost.
Customer unavailable — RTO initiated Re-shipping charges apply for re-dispatch. Refund of product value only (no shipping refund).
Order refused by customer No refund on shipping charges. Product refund subject to condition of returned item.
Address not serviceable Full refund including shipping (if charged) will be issued.
⚠ Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct at the time of checkout. Elvara Crystals is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

9Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or tracking shows no movement:

  • Wait for 2–3 additional business days beyond the estimated date, as minor delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume are common.
  • Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
  • Contact us at info@elvaracrystals.com or +91 9810805185 with your order number and tracking ID.
  • We will raise a complaint with the logistics partner on your behalf and provide an update within 2–3 business days.
  • If the shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

10Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If you order multiple products, they will typically be shipped together in one package. However, in some cases:

  • Items may be shipped separately if they are fulfilled from different locations or have different dispatch timelines.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments — your original shipping cost covers the entire order.

11Special Notes for Crystal Products

  • All crystals are natural stones — each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, size, and appearance from the product photograph. This is not a defect.
  • Fragile items such as crystal pyramids, clusters, and trees are bubble-wrapped individually and packed with extra care. However, we recommend recording an unboxing video as a precaution.
  • During extreme weather conditions (heavy rains, floods, or heatwaves), delivery may be delayed. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.
