At Elvara Crystals (37GalaxiWater LLP), we take great pride in the quality of every crystal, bracelet, pyramid, mala, and spiritual product we offer. Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, this policy explains your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from elvaracrystals.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1Return Eligibility Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defect or wrong item delivery.

⏱ Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the logistics partner's tracking system.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, pouches, and accessories must be intact.
  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by the customer (drops, scratches, misuse).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Clear unboxing video or photographs of the received item are required as proof.

Important: Natural crystals are unique — slight variations in colour, pattern, shape, and inclusions are inherent properties of genuine stones and are not considered defects. These variations make each crystal one of a kind.

3Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been used, worn, energised, or cleansed.
  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items with discount codes applied (e.g., FIRST150, FIRST201), unless damaged or wrong item received.
  • Customised or personalised crystal products made to order.
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if any).
  • Items returned without prior communication or without a valid return request number.
  • Set of products (e.g., Mini Gemstone Trees Set of 12, Pyrite Money Tree Set of 4) — partial returns from sets are not accepted.

4How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to raise a return request:

  • Contact Us Within 7 Days — Email us at info@elvaracrystals.com or WhatsApp/call us at +91 9810805185 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Submit Proof — Share clear photographs or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue (damaged packaging, defective product, wrong item). This is mandatory for processing your request.
  • Await Approval — Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and notify you of approval or rejection with a reason.
  • Ship the Item Back — Once approved, you will receive a return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back. Keep the courier tracking number safe.
  • Refund / Replacement Processed — After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
⚠ Do not return any item without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and no refund will be issued for such shipments.

5Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund via email or WhatsApp.

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Elvara Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

6Return Shipping Charges

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service for returns. Elvara Crystals is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for eligible products within the 7-day return window, subject to availability of the replacement item.

  • Exchanges are applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong items only.
  • Exchange for a different product or category is not permitted — replacement is for the same item only.
  • If the requested replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
  • Customised or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged.

8Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. The cancellation policy is as follows:

9Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please follow these steps immediately:

  • Do not discard the original packaging — it is required for damage claims.
  • Record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This is essential proof and must be shared with us.
  • Contact us at info@elvaracrystals.com or +91 9810805185 within 48 hours of delivery with your video and photos.
  • We will file a claim with the logistics partner and arrange a replacement or full refund.
⚠ Claims for transit damage raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be entertained. Please inspect your parcel carefully upon receipt.

10Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery:

  • Refunds cannot be issued back as cash. They will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
  • You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name) to receive the refund.
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after return verification.
